The Ogun State Government has terminated the appointment of the Ogun state Parks And Garages Development Agency,(PAGADA), Prince Sesan Asenuga for lacks of Transparency in the agency..
This was contained in a letter sited by our correspondent in ABEOKUTA signed by the Board Chairman, Barrister Habib Ajayi dated 27th of April 2023.
The letter reads:
LETTER OF SUSPENSION AS GENERAL MANAGER OGUN STATE PARKS AND GARAGES DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (PAGADA) At the meeting of the Board of the PAGADA, it was resolved that you should be indefinitely suspended for the following reasons:
Failure to implement Board decisions :
Issuing letter of authorization without clear specification of terms and conditions;
Failure to collect appropriate revenue and remit same to the State- government coffers:
IV. Failure to convey Board meeting and submit annual report: Lack of effective management of the Gateway Trailer Park at Ogere.
V.
Lack of managerial ability to effectively manage the Agency.
Consequent on the above, you are hereby suspended as the General Manager
with immediate effect.
3. You are to handover all the properties and documents of the Agency in your custody to the most senior officer.
4. Thank you.”
Speaking to Newsacross.com on Wednesday, a source said the ” SSG has received his suspension letter and the necessary action has been taken”
