The Executive Chairman of Odeda Local Government in Ogun state, Hon. Folasade Adeyemo has facilitated Training in Entrepreneurial Skills Development in Fish Value Chain Capacity Building through the Nation Institute for Freshwater Fisheries Research (NIFFR)
The 3 day program was flagged off on Monday, 22nd of November, 2021 by the chairman for selected youths/Women across ten wards within Odeda local government area, Held in Peakolam Hotel and Suits, Funnab University road , Odeda Ogun State.
The training which was organised in conjunction the local government and SYBSTEC Nigeria Limited.
The skill acquisition training is part of Hon. Folasade Adeyemo’s plan to engage and empower the youths and women for greater development at the local government.
Among the dignitaries that were at the event are, the Vice Chairman of the local government, Hon. Yaya Adigun, Leader of the House, Hon. Rotimi Adeyemi with the members of the legislative arms of the local government, Olu of Owode Egba, HRH Oba Adeyemi Adeleke , Oba of Ijaga Orile , HRH Oba Kolawole Sowemimo, the chairman Governing Board , NIFFR , Chief Mutiu Lawal and others.
Earlier in the week, she had sent two Indigenes of Odeda local government to partake in similar training program in Lagos.
